Walden School Clinical Care

Each of our students has unique therapeutic and behavioral counseling needs. Individual treatment plans are created for each student and include each student, along with a multidisciplinary team of experts including the parent or guardian, the Clinical Director, Masters-level therapists, a clinical psychologist and a child psychiatrist and the student’s following teacher.

Plans are reviewed quarterly and we ensure the student is part of this process.

All Walden School students receive individual therapy, and many are involved in family therapy, as well. Family support is a key component of our clinical services. We work with families to help students successfully return to their home environment, providing ongoing therapy, home visits, training, consultations and parent support groups.

Family Residence

We are proud to offer a newly-renovated residence for visiting family members. As many Walden students attend our program from out-of-state, our on-campus house provides a safe and comfortable setting for our visitors to stay, while experiencing life on campus.

Accommodations include a full kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and common living room space.
