Notice of Non-Discrimination

The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) is enriched by the many experiences and perspectives each member brings to our community and strives to be an inclusive community that welcomes and celebrates diversity. TLC’s policy prohibits discrimination against any individual on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, natural or protective hairstyle, religion, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, genetic information, or age. This policy extends to treatment or employment at TLC, admission or access to TLC, any other aspect of the educational programs, and other services and activities that TLC operates.

Confidentiality and Donor Privacy

The Learning Center for the Deaf considers all donor information highly confidential. Donor information is solely used for TLC mailings (publications, correspondence, invitations and solicitations). TLC never shares donor information with other organizations and never sells its mailing list. The Learning Center for the Deaf is a non-profit, non-sectarian day and residential school organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
