Meet our Community Clinical Director!

Frank Adams has been a dedicated member of TLC for more than 15 years, and is ready to support our families as they navigate outpatient clinical services and in-home therapy services.

I'm a mother of an 18-year-old daughter with mental health issues. WCS changed me by helping me become a strong mother and helped me through the struggles of my daughter’s mental health issues. THANK YOU!
