2023-2025 Strategic Plan
TLC is committed to focusing on a number of organizational objectives. Using our strengths and accomplishments over the past 50+ years, we will continue to build TLC as a Center of Excellence for Deaf education and services to ensure that all deaf and hard of hearing children and adults thrive by having the knowledge, opportunity and power to design the future of their choice.
- Sustainability: Despite national staffing shortages and post-pandemic setbacks, TLC is committed to remaining a financially viable organization which sets intentional goals for program growth;
- Readiness: We are prioritizing efficient and engaging systems of processes which support data-driven decision making;
- Leadership: Committed to people over process, we continue to invest in our staff and leadership growth opportunities;
- Inclusivity: TLC remains steadfast in maintaining a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging, and an environment where Deaf culture is understood and respected, and where American Sign Language is the predominant medium used.
