TLC has welcomed Bonnie Losavio as its Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement.
Bonnie has more than 20 years of experience in strategic thinking and visionary leadership. She is adept at navigating the complexities of organizational landscapes. Grounded in data-driven analysis and a profound understanding of human dynamics, she drives positive change and fosters inclusive cultures that empower individuals and organizations to thrive.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bonnie to TLC,” said Chief Operating Officer Karen Bishop. “She brings an incredible and extensive background in organizational leadership, with a special focus on prioritizing workplace culture and DEI initiatives.”
Bonnie received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Associate’s degree with a concentration in Deaf studies. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate and several certificates from Cornell University in transformative HR.
With many local ties to South Central Massachusetts, Bonnie was the former Chair of the Southbridge Commission on Disabilities and the previous Executive Director of United Way of South Central MA. She was also on the Town Manager Search Committee in Southbridge and volunteered at the St. John Paul Food Pantry in Southbridge.
Bonnie dedicates many hours to volunteering, including serving on the boards of the Human Resources Management Association of Central Massachusetts and Literacy Volunteers of South Central Massachusetts.
